How we work
- The lot first. Creek width, frontage, the critical line and your HOA rules decide what's possible. That's where we start.
- Permits before pilings. We don't build anything the permit doesn't cover, add-ons included.
- Straight answers. If your lot isn't eligible for a dock, or a lift won't fit your creek, we'll tell you.
- Respect for the marsh. The marsh and the oyster beds were here first. A good dock crosses them with as little disturbance as it can.
